As a Pursuit IRL member, you'll begin with a daylong kickoff with 45 other ambitious mothers. It's designed to build relationships in a way that only happens in person.

The theme centers on building while raising. Learn from founders who are actively building companies while navigating motherhood.

It's a thoughtfully paced day that balances intellectual rigor, reflection, movement, and connection, so you leave with clarity, energy, and relationships that actually stick.

After the Kickoff, you'll join quarterly in-person dinners and monthly digital executive group coaching sessions.
