As a Pursuit IRL member, you'll begin with a daylong kickoff with 45 other ambitious mothers. It's designed to deepen relationships in a way that only happens in person.

The theme centers on what ambition and leadership actually look like when you're also raising humans: the expansion, the constraint, the trade-offs.

It's a thoughtfully paced day that balances intellectual rigor, reflection, movement, and connection, so you leave with clarity, energy, and relationships that actually stick.

After the Kickoff, you'll join quarterly dinners in NYC and monthly digital executive group coaching sessions.

Movement & Embodiment

Group of people sitting cross-legged on yoga mats in a room, facing a person leading a meditation session near a fireplace.
A guided meditation to reset your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and create space for insight, because clarity doesn't come from sitting still all day.

Expert-Led Workshops & Guided Coaching Experiences

Choose between thoughtfully designed sessions that support both strategic clarity and personal alignment, whether that’s values-based decision-making or an intimate conversation on leadership, purpose, and pivots.
